Matt Christensen is a seasoned real estate attorney with nearly two decades of experience helping businesses navigate complex transactions, development projects, and regulatory challenges. He has focused on real estate law since 2006, advising clients across retail, telecom, energy, construction, and commercial development.

With a background in commercial real estate, zoning, tax increment financing (TIF), and regulatory compliance, Matt helps clients structure deals efficiently and strategically. His expertise includes premises liability, real estate brokerage law, boundary disputes, and title resolutions. He is particularly passionate about deal-making—helping clients grow, mitigate risk, and seize new opportunities.
