Supplemental Memo Regarding DeKalb County, Georgia Foreclosure Registry

On September 17, 2010, we sent a Client Bulletin regarding a newly enacted ordinance pursuant to which owners of foreclosed properties in DeKalb County, Georgia, must register those properties with the county. Shown below are the contents of a recent email sent out by Tonza Clark of DeKalb County indicating that there may be some slight adjustments to the ordinance as originally enacted. More importantly, the email provides Ms. Clark’s contact information so that you may coordinate the proper registration of your foreclosure properties.
